The friends of the rural museum association are a bunch of enthusiasts who have worked to improve the museum cluster since it moved here in the 1980s.
They have devoted a lot of time free of charge to working to develop Granvin Rural Museum. All of the six buildings have been erected through voluntary efforts. This also goes for the exhibitions and organising storage.<\/p>\n
Every summer, the friends association organises activities and social gatherings at the farm cluster. They serve coffee and cakes every Thursday in connection with mini concerts.<\/p>\n
